Services and Times

Unless otherwise stated, all services are held at our synagogue at Brighton & Hove Hebrew Congregation, 29a New Church Rd, Hove. BN3 4AD.

Shacharis

Services are now held on Sunday at 8.30 AM and on Mondays to Friday at 7.30 AM.

 

The service is followed by light refreshments. Sunday service is followed by a Pirkei Avos shiur and a Mishnah shiur on Mondays with a Parsha shiur on Thursdays.

Mincha

Springtime timetable is now in effect. Services will be held Sunday to Friday at 5:30 PM.

Erev Shabbat - Times are now variable and are announced via email and WhatsApp as well as on this website.

Shabbat

Morning services open at 9:00 AM with Twenty Minutes of Torah. The Shabbat service begins at 9:30 AM.

 

Mincha services are followed by a Seudah Sh'lishit, Maariv and Havdalah. The times vary throughout the year and  are sent out via WhatsApp and email. You may also find the times on the website homepage here.

NEW from Shabbat - Ki Thetzei onward there will be a Children's service at BHHC. This will be at 11:00 am

Special services such as Chagim, levayas, stone settings or minyanim for for those sitting shivah will also be communicated via WhatsApp and email and appear on the calendar.
